🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wraps from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 100 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 0.25 shallot(s)
- 0.25 bell pepper(s)
- 2 tbsp, heaping spice mix (Fajita spice)
- 0.25 cucumber(s)
- 4 small tomato(es)
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 0.25 pack Sour Cream
- 0.25 small can(s) corn
- 0.25 pack Feta cheese
- 1 wrap(s)
- oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.
- 2. Sprinkle the meat with half of the fajita seasoning and mix well.
- 3. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 4. Place the seasoned chicken in the basket and cook for 7 minutes.
- 5. Optional: Activate the "Max Crisps" function for another minute if you prefer it extra crispy.
- 6. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into small pieces.
- 7. Finely chop the shallots.
- 8. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 9. Fry the pepper pieces and shallots in the pan.
- 10. Add the remaining fajita seasoning.
- 11. Cook the vegetables until they are soft.
- 12. Add a splash of water in between to help the vegetables cook faster.
- 13. Wash the cucumber, tomato, and lettuce.
- 14. Cut the vegetables and lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- 15. Fill the wraps with the chicken, vegetables, and fresh ingredients according to your taste.
