  3. 3. Quickly mix the ingredients by hand or with a dough hook until you have a crumbly mixture.
  4. 4. Add the ice-cold water gradually, starting with one tablespoon.
  5. 5. Knead everything quickly into a smooth dough ball.
  6. 6. Do not knead the dough too long so the butter doesn't soften and the crackers stay crumbly.
  7. 7. Take off dough portions of about 15 grams each.
  8. 8. Roll the portions into even balls between your palms.
  9. 9. Flatten the balls with the heel of your hand.
  10. 10. Alternatively, roll the balls thin between two layers of baking paper using a rolling pin.
  11. 11. The thinner the crackers, the crunchier they will become.
  12. 12. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C.
  13. 13. Place the crackers in the basket without overlapping them.
