🍽️ Crispy Airfryer Potato Cubes

Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes, waxy
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch herb salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder, smoked
- 2 tbsp panko
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the potatoes once crosswise and once lengthwise to create small cubes.
- 3. Place the potato cubes into a bowl.
- 4. Add the spices, rapeseed oil, and panko breadcrumbs.
- 5. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 7. Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket.
- 8. Cook the potatoes for 18 to 22 minutes at 200 °C.
- 9. Shake the basket vigorously halfway through the cooking time (after about 9 to 11 minutes).
- 10. Season the potatoes to taste at the end.
- 11. Serve the crispy potatoes immediately while hot.
