  2. 2. Cut the potatoes once crosswise and once lengthwise to create small cubes.
  3. 3. Place the potato cubes into a bowl.
  4. 4. Add the spices, rapeseed oil, and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  6. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  7. 7. Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket.
  8. 8. Cook the potatoes for 18 to 22 minutes at 200 °C.
  9. 9. Shake the basket vigorously halfway through the cooking time (after about 9 to 11 minutes).
  10. 10. Season the potatoes to taste at the end.
  11. 11. Serve the crispy potatoes immediately while hot.
