Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 180 g sugar
- 60 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 20 g baking cocoa
- 100 g chocolate (chopped, or chocolate chips)
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, sugar, egg, butter, cocoa powder, baking powder, and chocolate chips into a large bowl.
- 2. Knead the ingredients vigorously by hand until a uniform dough forms.
- 3. You do not need to soften the butter beforehand; it will incorporate naturally while kneading.
- 4. Shape the dough into about 14 balls the size of walnuts.
- 5. Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket with some space between them.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 7. Remove the basket, even if the cookies still look very soft.
- 8. Let the cookies cool down completely in the basket or on a plate.
- 9. The outside will only become crispy as they cool, while the inside remains soft and brownie-like.
