  2. 2. Knead the ingredients vigorously by hand until a uniform dough forms.
  3. 3. You do not need to soften the butter beforehand; it will incorporate naturally while kneading.
  4. 4. Shape the dough into about 14 balls the size of walnuts.
  5. 5. Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket with some space between them.
  6. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove the basket, even if the cookies still look very soft.
  8. 8. Let the cookies cool down completely in the basket or on a plate.
  9. 9. The outside will only become crispy as they cool, while the inside remains soft and brownie-like.
