🍽️ Colorful Bowl with Crispy Falafel Balls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 packet BÜRGER Airfryer Snack BALLS Falafel Style
- 100 g beetroot (cooked)
- 1 tbsp tahini
- some lemon juice
- 1 avocado(s)
- 400 g chickpeas (from the can)
- 1 mini cucumber(s)
- 50 g red cabbage
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 50 g leaf lettuce
- 5 tbsp yogurt, Greek
- some mint (or cilantro, fresh)
- some pomegranate seeds
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder
- cumin powder
- olive oil
- sesame, white (and black)
Instructions
- 1. Puree 100 grams of cooked chickpeas, cooked beetroot, tahini (sesame paste), olive oil, salt, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one clove of garlic, pepper, and cumin into a creamy hummus mixture.
- 2. Drain and rinse the remaining chickpeas. Season them with a little oil, paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Bake them until crispy in the oven or in the air fryer.
- 3. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Slice the flesh into fan-like shapes. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin longitudinal strips using a peeler or slicer. Shred the red cabbage into fine strips using a slicer. Wash and prepare the leaf salad.
- 4. Mix Greek yogurt with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and finely chopped fresh mint. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 5. Prepare the falafel balls for the air fryer according to the package instructions.
- 6. Arrange the various ingredients in a circular pattern in a bowl, paying attention to a visually appealing color distribution. Place the hot falafel balls on top. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.
