Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. Puree 100 grams of cooked chickpeas, cooked beetroot, tahini (sesame paste), olive oil, salt, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one clove of garlic, pepper, and cumin into a creamy hummus mixture.
  2. 2. Drain and rinse the remaining chickpeas. Season them with a little oil, paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Bake them until crispy in the oven or in the air fryer.
  3. 3. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Slice the flesh into fan-like shapes. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin longitudinal strips using a peeler or slicer. Shred the red cabbage into fine strips using a slicer. Wash and prepare the leaf salad.
  4. 4. Mix Greek yogurt with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and finely chopped fresh mint. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. 5. Prepare the falafel balls for the air fryer according to the package instructions.
  6. 6. Arrange the various ingredients in a circular pattern in a bowl, paying attention to a visually appealing color distribution. Place the hot falafel balls on top. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.
