🍽️ Crispy Potato Gratin from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes, waxy
- 150 ml cream
- 60 g cheese, grated
- 1 tsp herb salt
- 1 tsp pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 pinches nutmeg, freshly grated
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the potatoes completely.
- 3. Slice the potatoes into very thin rounds or grate them finely.
- 4. Pour the cream into a separate bowl.
- 5. Season the cream with herb salt, black pepper, and a pinch of ground nutmeg.
- 6. Stir the spices well into the cream until evenly distributed.
- 7. Place the potato slices into a small, heatproof dish that fits inside your air fryer.
- 8. Pour the seasoned cream mixture evenly over the potatoes.
- 9. Sprinkle a generous layer of grated cheese on top of the gratin.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 11. Place the dish into the basket of the air fryer.
- 12. Bake the gratin at 200 °C for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and crispy.
