🍽️ Crispy Airfryer Mix: Potatoes, Beans & Sausages

Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes, waxy
- 200 g beans, green (frozen)
- 200 g sausages
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 pin herb salt
- 1 pin pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (frozen)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into large, bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Slice the sausages into round pieces.
- 4. Lightly grease the frying basket of your air fryer with oil.
- 5. Add the potato cubes and sausage slices to the basket.
- 6. Season the ingredients to your liking.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 8. Cook the potatoes and sausages for a total of 30 minutes.
- 9. Shake the cooking basket well after 15 minutes.
- 10. Add the green beans to the other ingredients in the basket.
- 11. Let everything cook until crispy for the remaining 15 minutes at 180 °C.
