🍝 Crispy Feta Tomato Spaghetti from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g cherry tomato(es)
- 400 g feta cheese
- 3 clove(s) of garlic
- 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp herbs, Italian (dried)
- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped (fresh, to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the garlic.
- 2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 3. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
- 4. Place the garlic, tomatoes, and feta in a heatproof dish that fits inside your air fryer.
- 5. Add the olive oil and dried herbs.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Mix all ingredients in the dish thoroughly.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and place the dish inside for 10 minutes using the bake mode.
- 9. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 10. Reserve a small cup of pasta water before draining the noodles.
- 11. Add the drained spaghetti to the finished feta tomato mixture.
- 12. Toss the noodles with the sauce.
- 13. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water.
- 14. Sprinkle the dish with fresh chopped parsley.
- 15. Serve the spaghetti immediately and enjoy.
