Ingredients
- 6 slice/s Toast bread
- a little Butter
- 6 slice/s Cooked ham
- 6 Egg(s)
- 6 slice/s Pineapple
- 6 slice/s Gouda
Instructions
- 1. Let the pineapple slices drain well in a colander.
- 2. Brush the edges of the bread slices thinly with butter.
- 3. Fry the eggs in the pan as sunny-side-up eggs.
- 4. Top the toast slices one after the other: start with the cooked ham.
- 5. Place the sunny-side-up egg on the ham.
- 6. Place a pineapple slice on the egg.
- 7. Sprinkle the whole thing with grated Gouda cheese.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 9. Place the topped toast slices into the air fryer.
- 10. Cook the toasts at 180 °C for 8 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are crispy.
