🍽️ Crispy Gnocchi from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g gnocchi
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 30 g parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Place the gnocchi in a large bowl.
- 2. Add some olive oil and your preferred spices.
- 3. Mix everything well until the gnocchi are evenly coated.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 5. Wait about 3 to 5 minutes until the appliance is hot.
- 6. Spread the gnocchi loosely in the cooking basket.
- 7. Make sure they are not stacked on top of each other.
- 8. Cook the gnocchi for 12 minutes at 200 °C.
- 9. Shake the basket once halfway through.
- 10. Remove the gnocchi from the air fryer.
- 11. Sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese if desired.
