Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 large tomato(es)
- 250 g mozzarella (light)
- 1 small jar pesto, green (approx. 100 g)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken meat into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Place the meat pieces into the basket of the air fryer.
- 3. Coat the meat evenly with the pesto.
- 4. Slice the tomatoes.
- 5. Slice the mozzarella.
- 6. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on top of the meat.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 8. Cook the dish for 20 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer.
