🍽️ Creamy Cucumber Salad with Air Fryer Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 can edamame (drained weight 130 g)
- 2 onion(s), red
- 1 tbsp sesame, black
- 250 g salmon fillet(s)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp salad mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame, black (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the onions and remove the outer layers.
- 3. Grate the cucumber and the onions into paper-thin slices.
- 4. Cut the salmon into cubes, roughly the size of your finger.
- 5. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to the salmon cubes.
- 6. Marinate the salmon by mixing the cubes thoroughly with the sauce.
- 7. Add the avocado, the edamame beans, and 1 tablespoon of sesame to the cucumber-onion mixture.
- 8. Whisk cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a separate bowl.
- 9. Pour the dressing evenly over the salad.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 11. Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer and cook it for 6 minutes at 180 °C.
- 12. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and place it on top of the salad.
- 13. Sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds over the dish as decoration.
- 14. Enjoy the salad immediately.
