🍽️ Crispy Chicken Drumsticks with Rosemary Lemon Potatoes from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 chicken drumstick(s)
- 1 pinch pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp, level herb salt
- 1 tsp, level paprika powder, smoked
- 500 g potatoes, waxy
- 1 pinch pepper (freshly ground)

- 3 rosemary sprig(s)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 0.5 lemon(s)
Instructions
- 1. Take the chicken drumsticks out of the fridge one hour before cooking so they reach room temperature.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Rub the drumsticks thoroughly with the spices on both sides.
- 4. Place the seasoned drumsticks into the basket of the air fryer.
- 5. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the potatoes into four equal pieces.
- 7. Season the potato pieces generously with the spices as well.
- 8. Strip the rosemary needles off the stem against the direction of growth.
- 9. Add the rosemary needles to the seasoned potatoes.
- 10. Place the potatoes in the air fryer and arrange them around the chicken drumsticks.
- 11. Drizzle everything evenly with the rapeseed oil.
- 12. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 13. Cook the dish for a total of 30 to 40 minutes.
- 14. Shake the potatoes vigorously halfway through the cooking time.
- 15. Turn the chicken drumsticks over halfway through the cooking time.
- 16. Squeeze the half lemon when there are 10 minutes of cooking time left.
- 17. Distribute the fresh lemon juice evenly over the potatoes.
- 18. Serve the dish with a fresh mixed salad.
