  3. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
  4. 4. Mix everything well and let the chicken marinate for about 1 hour.
  5. 5. Dice the onions into small cubes.
  6. 6. Fry the onion cubes in clarified butter.
  7. 7. Add grated ginger to the pan.
  8. 8. Stir in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  9. 9. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
  10. 10. Add some ketchup to the mixture.
  11. 11. Pour in some water.
  12. 12. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Season the sauce to taste with curry and chili.
  14. 14. Dust the marinated chicken with cornstarch.
  15. 15. Mix the meat well so that the starch adheres evenly.
  16. 16. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  17. 17. Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the basket.
  18. 18. Roast the chicken for 14 minutes at 180 °C.
