🍰 Yeast Crowns

Ingredients
- 1 packet HENGLEIN Fresh Yeast Dough
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp sugar, brown
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 1 tbsp milk
- 8 egg(s) ((Easter eggs) boiled and painted)
Instructions
- 1. Take the dough out of the fridge and unroll it together with the baking paper. Cut the dough into eight equal, rectangular strips. Take two strips at a time, twist them together, stretch them slightly, and shape them into a crown.
- 2. Whisk the egg yolk with the milk and brush the crowns with it. Sprinkle them with brown sugar and sliced almonds. Place the crowns on a baking sheet using the baking paper and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
- 3. Place the boiled and painted eggs in the center of the crowns and serve.
