  1. 1. Take the dough out of the fridge and unroll it together with the baking paper. Cut the dough into eight equal, rectangular strips. Take two strips at a time, twist them together, stretch them slightly, and shape them into a crown.
  2. 2. Whisk the egg yolk with the milk and brush the crowns with it. Sprinkle them with brown sugar and sliced almonds. Place the crowns on a baking sheet using the baking paper and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Place the boiled and painted eggs in the center of the crowns and serve.
