  1. 1. Put oil, mustard, apple cider vinegar, teriyaki sauce, honey, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
  2. 2. Stir the ingredients vigorously until the dressing is well combined.
  3. 3. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  4. 4. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  5. 5. Set the spring onion rings aside.
  6. 6. Wash the green asparagus.
  7. 7. Trim off the woody bottom ends of the asparagus stalks.
  8. 8. Cut the asparagus into pieces about two centimeters long.
  9. 9. Melt butter in a pan.
  10. 10. Fry the asparagus pieces in the melted butter.
  11. 11. Season the asparagus with a little lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  12. 12. Transfer the asparagus to a separate bowl.
  13. 13. Melt a little more butter in the same pan.
  14. 14. Fry the Knöpfle (small dumplings) in it until golden brown.
  15. 15. Add the bacon to the same pan.
  16. 16. Render the bacon over medium heat until it is crispy.
