  1. 1. Take the puff pastry out of the fridge.
  2. 2. Unroll the dough along with the included baking paper.
  3. 3. Cut the dough into 14 equal-sized rectangles.
  4. 4. Prepare the pudding cream according to the package instructions.
  5. 5. Spread the pudding cream thinly over each individual piece of dough.
  6. 6. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
  7. 7. Peel the rhubarb.
  8. 8. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
  9. 9. Place two rhubarb pieces on each dough piece.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
  11. 11. Bake the dough pieces in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
  12. 12. Meanwhile, wash the strawberries.
  13. 13. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  14. 14. Chop the pistachios finely.
  15. 15. Take the baked rhubarb dough pieces out of the oven.
  16. 16. Top the dough pieces with the fresh strawberries.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over them.
  18. 18. Dust the pastries with powdered sugar if desired.
