🍕 Double Pizza Sticks from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. HENGLEIN Fresh Pizza Dough
- 10 black olives (pitted, approx)
- 25 g Parmesan, grated
- 30 g butter, soft
- 2 sprigs rosemary (fresh)
- 1 small clove(s) of garlic
- some pepper
- 30 g butter, soft
- 40 g Emmental, grated
- 1 small clove(s) of garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Put the butter into a small bowl.
- 2. Finely chop the olives, rosemary, and garlic.
- 3. Mix the chopped vegetables with the butter until a soft paste forms.
- 4. Add pepper, a few drops of lemon juice, and the grated Parmesan to the paste.
- 5. Stir the mixture well again.
- 6. Take a second, clean bowl and put the butter in it.
- 7. Finely chop the garlic clove.
- 8. Mix the garlic well with the butter.
- 9. Fold the grated Emmental cheese into the butter-garlic mixture.
- 10. Season the second mixture with pepper and salt to taste.
- 11. Take the pizza dough out of the packaging.
- 12. Roll the dough flat on the included baking paper.
- 13. Spread one quarter of the dough with the olive Parmesan mixture.
- 14. Spread the other quarter of the dough with the Emmental mixture.
- 15. Fold the unspread half of the dough over the spread half.
- 16. Press the edges together slightly so they stick.
- 17. Cut the dough into strips about 2 centimeters thick using a pizza cutter.
- 18. Twist the individual strips into a longer stick.
- 19. Pull the sticks apart slightly.
- 20. Place the sticks in the air fryer on the baking paper.
- 21. Bake the sticks in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 to 12 minutes, depending on your device.
- 22. The recipe yields approximately 12 portions.
