🍽️ Three delicious Air Fryer Potato Balls with Garlic and Cheese Crust

Ingredients
- 1 packet HENGLEIN potato dumpling dough silky dumplings
- garlic cloves (approx. 2 - 3)
- olive oil (approx. 5 - 6 tbsp)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 50 g parmesan, grated
- 50 g emmental, grated
Instructions
- 1. Place the dumpling dough into a large bowl.
- 2. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt, some pepper, and paprika powder.
- 3. Shape the seasoned mixture into small, even balls.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Chop the garlic very finely.
- 6. Mix the chopped garlic with the olive oil in a small bowl.
- 7. Toss the dough balls in the garlic-oil mixture.
- 8. Ensure that all balls are well coated.
- 9. Take one-third of the garlic balls.
- 10. Roll these balls vigorously in grated Parmesan.
- 11. Repeat rolling until the balls are completely covered with cheese.
- 12. Take another third of the balls.
- 13. Toss these balls in grated Emmental cheese.
- 14. Ensure that they are nicely coated with the cheese.
- 15. Keep the final third of the balls plain.
- 16. They should remain only drizzled with the garlic-oil mixture.
- 17. Give them no additional cheese coating.
- 18. Place all prepared balls into the basket of your air fryer.
- 19. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 20. Bake the balls for about 15 minutes.
- 21. Check the browning level.
- 22. Remove them when they are golden brown.
- 23. Adjust the baking time if needed to achieve the desired browning.
- 24. Serve the garlic pops with a fresh herb cream cheese dip.
- 25. Alternatively, serve them with sour cream.
