🍝 Crispy Cheese Spätzle from the Air Fryer with Spring Onions

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. HENGLEIN Fresh Egg Spätzle
- 2 Spring Onions
- 200 g Crème fraîche
- 150 g Cheese, grated (to your choice)
- to taste Fried Onions (approx. 2 - 3 tbsp)
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the spring onions.
- 2. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 3. Take the spätzle out of the refrigerator.
- 4. Place the spätzle along with the contents of the packet into the basket of the air fryer.
- 5. Add crème fraîche.
- 6. Add the frozen herbs.
- 7. Season with some salt.
- 8. Season with some pepper.
- 9. Add half of the spring onion rings.
- 10. Add 100 grams of grated cheese.
- 11. Mix all ingredients well.
- 12. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese evenly over the top.
- 13. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 14. Bake the cheese spätzle for about 13 minutes.
- 15. Remove the spätzle from the air fryer.
- 16. Top the spätzle with the remaining spring onion rings.
- 17. Top the spätzle with the crispy fried onions.
- 18. Serve the dish immediately.
- 19. Optionally enhance the dish with lean ham cubes.
