  1. 1. Cut the pork neck into cubes of about 3 to 4 cm.
  2. 2. Mix the cooking oil with the spices in a small bowl.
  3. 3. Pour the oil-spice mixture over the meat and mix well so that the meat is completely covered.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the meat marinate.
  5. 5. Thoroughly wash the bell peppers.
  6. 6. Remove the stem and the inner core of the peppers.
  7. 7. Cut the deseeded pepper into coarse cubes.
  8. 8. Peel the onions.
  9. 9. Cut the peeled onions into coarse pieces.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  11. 11. Thread alternating pieces of meat, pepper cubes, and onion pieces onto the skewers.
  12. 12. Make sure that each skewer starts with a piece of meat and also ends with a piece of meat.
  13. 13. Place the filled skewers into the basket of the air fryer.
  14. 14. Cook the skewers for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 °C.
  15. 15. Turn the skewers after half the cooking time (i.e., after approx. 12 to 15 minutes) so that they cook evenly.
