🍽️ Crispy Skewers from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 800 g pork neck
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp paprika powder, rose hot
- 0.5 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 3 bell pepper(s), colorful
- 2 onion(s)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pork neck into cubes of about 3 to 4 cm.
- 2. Mix the cooking oil with the spices in a small bowl.
- 3. Pour the oil-spice mixture over the meat and mix well so that the meat is completely covered.
- 4. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the meat marinate.
- 5. Thoroughly wash the bell peppers.
- 6. Remove the stem and the inner core of the peppers.
- 7. Cut the deseeded pepper into coarse cubes.
- 8. Peel the onions.
- 9. Cut the peeled onions into coarse pieces.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 11. Thread alternating pieces of meat, pepper cubes, and onion pieces onto the skewers.
- 12. Make sure that each skewer starts with a piece of meat and also ends with a piece of meat.
- 13. Place the filled skewers into the basket of the air fryer.
- 14. Cook the skewers for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 °C.
- 15. Turn the skewers after half the cooking time (i.e., after approx. 12 to 15 minutes) so that they cook evenly.
