🍽️ Crispy Airfryer French Fries

Ingredients
- 150 g potatoes, waxy
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- salt (optional)
- spice(s) (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick.
- 2. Rinse the potato slices under running water.
- 3. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- 4. Add the potato slices to the boiling water.
- 5. Boil the slices for 2 minutes.
- 6. Remove the potato slices from the water.
- 7. Dry the slices thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Toss the dry slices with the oil.
- 9. Season the fries to taste with salt and other spices.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 11. Place the fries in the air fryer basket.
- 12. Cook the fries for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
- 13. Turn the fries once after 10 minutes.
- 14. Continue cooking at 180 °C for another 10 minutes.
- 15. Increase the temperature to 200 °C if you want extra crispy fries.
- 16. Bake the fries for 2 minutes at 200 °C.
- 17. Serve the finished fries hot, for example with ketchup.
