🍝 Chicken Asian Noodles (High Protein)

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 180 g mie noodles
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 spring onion(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 15 g peanuts (chopped)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch(es) sugar
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables and the meat under running water and then pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Grate the carrot finely and cut the bell pepper and the spring onions into long strips or small rings.
- 2. Slice the chicken meat into thin pieces. Fry it in a pan with one tablespoon of vegetable oil and the bell pepper for about 3 to 4 minutes over high heat.
- 3. Meanwhile, cook the Mie noodles for about 5 minutes until al dente (still slightly firm to the bite) and then drain them well in a sieve.
- 4. Add the noodles and all remaining ingredients to the pan and continue to fry everything for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Season the mixture to taste with salt, pepper, and if necessary, more soy sauce.
- 5. Garnish the dish as desired with chopped peanuts and fresh spring onions.
