🍽️ Crispy Airfryer Potato Sticks

Ingredients
- 600 g potato(es)
- 1 tbsp oil (heat-resistant)
- 2 tbsp spice mix (e.g. potato seasoning)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into sticks about 1 to 1.5 centimeters thick.
- 3. Place the potato sticks in a bowl of cold water.
- 4. Stir the potatoes with your hands in the water for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 5. Let the water drain off.
- 6. Dry the potatoes completely on a clean cloth.
- 7. Rinse the bowl and dry it.
- 8. Put the dry potatoes back into the bowl.
- 9. Add heat-resistant oil and seasoning of your choice.
- 10. Mix everything well so the potatoes are evenly coated.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 105 °C.
- 12. Place the potatoes in the air fryer.
- 13. Cook the potatoes for 50 minutes at 105 °C.
- 14. Shake the potatoes once every 15 minutes.
- 15. Increase the air fryer temperature to 200 °C.
- 16. Cook the potatoes for another 10 minutes at 200 °C until crispy.
