  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the potatoes into sticks about 1 to 1.5 centimeters thick.
  3. 3. Place the potato sticks in a bowl of cold water.
  4. 4. Stir the potatoes with your hands in the water for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Let the water drain off.
  6. 6. Dry the potatoes completely on a clean cloth.
  7. 7. Rinse the bowl and dry it.
  8. 8. Put the dry potatoes back into the bowl.
  9. 9. Add heat-resistant oil and seasoning of your choice.
  10. 10. Mix everything well so the potatoes are evenly coated.
  11. 11. Preheat the air fryer to 105 °C.
  12. 12. Place the potatoes in the air fryer.
  13. 13. Cook the potatoes for 50 minutes at 105 °C.
  14. 14. Shake the potatoes once every 15 minutes.
  15. 15. Increase the air fryer temperature to 200 °C.
  16. 16. Cook the potatoes for another 10 minutes at 200 °C until crispy.
