🍽️ Pan with Spätzle, Tomatoes and Spinach

Ingredients
- 500 g BÜRGER Swabian egg spätzle
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500 g leaf spinach
- 250 g cherry tomato(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g Gruyère
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and shake it dry. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the onions into small cubes. Grate the cheese finely.
- 2. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onions in it. Add the spinach and simmer until it has almost completely collapsed.
- 3. Add the spätzle to the pan and fry them briefly. Add the cheese and tomatoes. Finally season everything with salt and pepper.
