  1. 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and shake it dry. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the onions into small cubes. Grate the cheese finely.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onions in it. Add the spinach and simmer until it has almost completely collapsed.
  3. 3. Add the spätzle to the pan and fry them briefly. Add the cheese and tomatoes. Finally season everything with salt and pepper.
