🍽️ Crispy Garlic Gnocchi with Cheese Topping

Ingredients
- 800 g BÜRGER Gnocchi with sweet potato
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 clove(s) garlic
- 120 g cream cheese substitute
- 100 g cheese substitute (grated)
- 0.25 bunch parsley
- salt and pepper
- to taste chili flakes (dried tomatoes or spring onion rings, optional)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Place the gnocchi in a bowl.
- 4. Add the olive oil.
- 5. Add the chopped garlic.
- 6. Season with salt.
- 7. Season with pepper.
- 8. Mix everything well.
- 9. Ensure all gnocchi are evenly marinated.
- 10. Place the gnocchi in the air fryer.
- 11. Set the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 12. Cook the gnocchi for 12 to 15 minutes.
- 13. Ensure the gnocchi are crispy.
- 14. Shake the air fryer basket once in between.
- 15. Remove the hot, crispy gnocchi.
- 16. Place the gnocchi in a small ovenproof dish.
- 17. Sprinkle the gnocchi with grated vegan cheese.
- 18. Sprinkle the gnocchi with cream cheese.
- 19. Sprinkle the gnocchi with parsley.
- 20. Put the dish back into the air fryer.
- 21. Melt the cheese for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 22. Garnish the gnocchi as desired with chili flakes.
- 23. Garnish the gnocchi as desired with dried tomatoes.
- 24. Garnish the gnocchi as desired with spring onion rings.
- 25. Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.
- 26. Place the marinated gnocchi on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 27. Bake the gnocchi for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 28. Turn the gnocchi once halfway through the baking time.
- 29. Sprinkle the gnocchi with vegan cheese.
- 30. Sprinkle the gnocchi with cream cheese.
- 31. Sprinkle the gnocchi with parsley.
- 32. Bake the gnocchi for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- 33. Ensure the cheese is melted.
