🍽️ Crispy Fries from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes, waxy
- 3 drops rapeseed oil (from the oil sprayer)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp spice mix (for french fries)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into even slices.
- 3. Cut the slices into stick shapes (strips).
- 4. Place the potato sticks in a container with cold water for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Drain the water.
- 6. Pat the potatoes very dry with a kitchen towel or paper napkin.
- 7. Put the potatoes into a bowl.
- 8. Add the desired spices and the oil.
- 9. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 11. Put the potatoes into the basket of the air fryer.
- 12. Cook the fries for 18 to 20 minutes at 190 °C.
- 13. Shake the basket vigorously once after about 9 minutes so they become evenly crispy.
- 14. Take the finished fries out of the air fryer.
- 15. Put them into a serving bowl.
- 16. Taste them and season again if necessary.
