🍽️ Crispy Low-Carb Potato Chicken from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 600 g potato(es)
- 400 g chicken breast
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 60 ml cooking cream (light)
- 50 g cornflakes (unsweetened)
- cooking spray oil
- chili sauce
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 container sour cream (approx. 200 g)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- 2. Season the potato cubes to taste.
- 3. Spray the seasoned potatoes with oil spray.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and roast the potatoes until crispy for 12 minutes.
- 5. Cut the chicken breast into cubes while the potatoes are cooking.
- 6. Season the chicken cubes to taste.
- 7. Place the meat in cooking cream and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- 8. Put the cornflakes into a bowl.
- 9. Crush the cornflakes into crumbs using a sturdy glass.
- 10. Remove the chicken from the cream and pat it dry.
- 11. Mix the drained chicken meat with the cornflake crumbs.
- 12. Add the breaded chicken pieces to the potatoes in the air fryer.
- 13. Roast everything for another 12 minutes at 200 °C until golden brown and crispy.
- 14. Optionally add chili sauce and fresh parsley as a topping.
- 15. Serve the dish with a dollop of sour cream.
