  1. 1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. 2. Season the potato cubes to taste.
  3. 3. Spray the seasoned potatoes with oil spray.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and roast the potatoes until crispy for 12 minutes.
  5. 5. Cut the chicken breast into cubes while the potatoes are cooking.
  6. 6. Season the chicken cubes to taste.
  7. 7. Place the meat in cooking cream and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Put the cornflakes into a bowl.
  9. 9. Crush the cornflakes into crumbs using a sturdy glass.
  10. 10. Remove the chicken from the cream and pat it dry.
  11. 11. Mix the drained chicken meat with the cornflake crumbs.
  12. 12. Add the breaded chicken pieces to the potatoes in the air fryer.
  13. 13. Roast everything for another 12 minutes at 200 °C until golden brown and crispy.
  14. 14. Optionally add chili sauce and fresh parsley as a topping.
  15. 15. Serve the dish with a dollop of sour cream.
