🍽️ Crispy Potato Wedges from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes, waxy
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil (or sunflower oil)
- 2 pinch spice salt (fries spice salt)
- 1 pinch herb salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Place the peeled potatoes in a bowl of cold water for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Drain the water and pat the potatoes very dry with a kitchen towel or paper towels.
- 4. Halve the potatoes and then cut them into quarters.
- 5. Place the potato pieces in a large bowl.
- 6. Add the spices and oil and mix everything well so that all pieces are evenly coated.
- 7. Place the seasoned potato wedges into the basket of the air fryer.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the potato wedges for a total of 18 minutes.
- 9. Shake the basket vigorously after 9 minutes to ensure the potatoes become evenly crispy.
- 10. Remove the finished potato wedges from the air fryer and place them in a serving bowl.
- 11. Finally, taste the potato wedges and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
