  6. 6. Add the spices and oil and mix everything well so that all pieces are evenly coated.
  7. 7. Place the seasoned potato wedges into the basket of the air fryer.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the potato wedges for a total of 18 minutes.
  9. 9. Shake the basket vigorously after 9 minutes to ensure the potatoes become evenly crispy.
  10. 10. Remove the finished potato wedges from the air fryer and place them in a serving bowl.
  11. 11. Finally, taste the potato wedges and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
