  1. 1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until a uniform dough forms.
  2. 2. Lightly grease the inside of a resealable bag with some oil.
  3. 3. Place the dough into the prepared bag and seal it tightly.
  4. 4. Store the bag with the dough in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
  5. 5. Watch out for the bag bursting, as fermentation creates air pressure.
  6. 6. Divide the dough into several equal portions after the resting time.
  7. 7. Shape each portion into a flat disc.
  8. 8. Place the discs on a plate, as they stick quickly to wood or other surfaces.
  9. 9. Make sure not to roll the discs too thick so they bake through properly.
  10. 10. Place one disc into the basket of the air fryer.
  11. 11. Lightly brush the surface of the disc with oil.
  12. 12. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C and bake the disc for 9 to 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Shake the basket slightly in between to prevent the dough from sticking too much to the bottom.
  14. 14. Remove the baked disc from the air fryer.
  15. 15. Top the langosch according to your taste.
  16. 16. Classic toppings include sour cream, garlic oil, ham, or cheese.
  17. 17. You can also top the langosch with sweet ingredients like cinnamon sugar.
