🍕 Crispy White Sausage Pretzel Pizza from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 Lye pretzel(s) (frozen)
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 tsp mustard, sweet
- 2 white sausages
- 0.5 onion(s), red
- salt and pepper
- baking paper

- parsley
Instructions
- 1. Let the pretzels thaw at room temperature.
- 2. Place the thawed pretzels in a circle on a piece of baking paper.
- 3. Press the pretzel pieces flat until they form a round shape like pizza dough.
- 4. Mix the sour cream with sweet mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 5. Spread the mustard-sour cream mixture thickly and evenly over the pretzel dough.
- 6. Peel one onion and slice it into thin rings or slices.
- 7. Distribute the onion slices evenly over the pizza.
- 8. Slice the white sausage into thick rounds.
- 9. Place the sausage slices on top of the pizza.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 11. Place the prepared pizza into the air fryer basket.
- 12. Cook the pizza at 200 °C for 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 13. Remove the pizza from the air fryer.
- 14. Dab some sweet mustard in small dollops onto the hot pizza.
- 15. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the pizza.
