- 250 g low-fat quark
- 2 egg(s), size M

- 3. Knead everything by hand or with a spoon until you have a smooth, soft dough.
- 4. Place a piece of baking paper into the basket of your air fryer.
- 5. Lightly wet your hands with water so the dough does not stick.
- 6. Shape the dough into 12 small, equal-sized balls.
- 7. Place the dough balls in the basket with some space between them.
- 8. Lightly spray the balls with cooking spray or oil.
- 9. Set the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the balls for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 10. Turn the balls once after about 7 minutes so they turn golden brown evenly.
- 11. Take the hot balls directly out of the fryer.
- 12. Brush them immediately while still warm with a little soft butter.
- 13. Then roll the buttered balls in powdered sugar until they are nicely coated white.
