🍽️ Crispy Fries from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes, waxy
- sunflower oil (or rapeseed oil, neutral)
- seasoned salt (for french fries)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into even sticks.
- 3. Place the potato sticks in cold water for 5 minutes.
- 4. Thoroughly pat the potato sticks dry afterwards.
- 5. Mix the dry sticks in a bowl with your favorite oil and fry seasoning.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 7. Place the potato sticks side by side in the basket.
- 8. Cook the fries for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 °C.
- 9. Shake the basket once halfway through the cooking time.
- 10. Remove the finished fries.
- 11. Season the fries with salt to taste.
- 12. Serve the fries hot with ketchup and/or mayonnaise.
