🍽️ Crispy Chicken Skewers from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- 0.5 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp thyme
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp, heaping mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into small, even cubes.
- 2. Place the chicken cubes into a sealable food storage container.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove and press it finely.
- 4. Mix the pressed garlic in a bowl with yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, paprika powder, thyme, and oregano.
- 5. Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes in the container.
- 6. Mix everything well so that every piece is coated.
- 7. Close the container and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 8. After the marinating time, thread the chicken pieces onto small skewers.
- 9. Place the skewers side by side in the basket of the air fryer.
- 10. Cook the chicken skewers at 190 °C for 10 minutes in the air fryer.
- 11. Mix the accompanying dip in the meantime.
- 12. Serve the hot skewers directly with the dip.
