🍽️ Crispy Fan Potatoes from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 kg small potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp parmesan, grated
- seasoned salt (for french fries)
Instructions
- 1. Choose potatoes that are roughly the same size to ensure even cooking.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Place a potato between two cooking spoons to prevent cutting all the way through.
- 4. Cut the potato in a fan shape, stopping about two-thirds of the way down.
- 5. Ensure the cuts are even and not too close together.
- 6. Repeat the cutting process for all potatoes.
- 7. Put the olive oil, grated Parmesan, and fries seasoning into a bowl.
- 8. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 9. Coat the potatoes with the marinade.
- 10. Make sure the marinade gets into the cuts as well.
- 11. Place the potatoes side by side in the air fryer basket.
- 12. Avoid stacking the potatoes on top of each other.
- 13. Do not preheat the air fryer.
- 14. Set the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 15. Cook the potatoes for 25 minutes.
- 16. Check on the potatoes occasionally, as appliances vary in temperature.
- 17. Remove the potatoes when they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
- 18. Serve the fan potatoes immediately after cooking.
