  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the vegetables under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the vegetables into evenly sized pieces.
  3. 3. Place the vegetable pieces into a large bowl.
  4. 4. Drizzle some oil over the vegetables.
  5. 5. Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
  6. 6. Toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated with oil and spices.
  7. 7. Place a sheet of baking paper into the basket of the air fryer.
  8. 8. Place the salmon pieces on top of the baking paper.
  9. 9. Make sure there is enough space in the basket for the vegetables.
  10. 10. Mix the ingredients for the mustard marinade in a small bowl.
  11. 11. Use a kitchen brush to spread the marinade evenly over the salmon.
  12. 12. Add the marinated vegetables next to the salmon in the air fryer.
  13. 13. Set the air fryer to 180 °C.
  14. 14. Cook the dish for 18 to 20 minutes.
  15. 15. Remove the air fryer basket when the cooking time is finished.
  16. 16. Take one piece of salmon and some vegetables for each serving.
  17. 17. Arrange the food on a plate.
  18. 18. Add a dollop of cream cheese as a topping on the warm vegetables.
  19. 19. Serve the dish immediately while hot.
