🍽️ Mustard Salmon with Air Fryer Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillet(s)
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp mustard, medium-hot
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium carrot(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- some sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp cream cheese
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the vegetables under running water.
- 2. Cut the vegetables into evenly sized pieces.
- 3. Place the vegetable pieces into a large bowl.
- 4. Drizzle some oil over the vegetables.
- 5. Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 6. Toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated with oil and spices.
- 7. Place a sheet of baking paper into the basket of the air fryer.
- 8. Place the salmon pieces on top of the baking paper.
- 9. Make sure there is enough space in the basket for the vegetables.
- 10. Mix the ingredients for the mustard marinade in a small bowl.
- 11. Use a kitchen brush to spread the marinade evenly over the salmon.
- 12. Add the marinated vegetables next to the salmon in the air fryer.
- 13. Set the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 14. Cook the dish for 18 to 20 minutes.
- 15. Remove the air fryer basket when the cooking time is finished.
- 16. Take one piece of salmon and some vegetables for each serving.
- 17. Arrange the food on a plate.
- 18. Add a dollop of cream cheese as a topping on the warm vegetables.
- 19. Serve the dish immediately while hot.
