  4. 4. Roughly chop the walnuts and hazelnuts with a knife.
  5. 5. Mix the nuts in a bowl with poppy seeds and panko (breadcrumbs).
  6. 6. Spread the nut mixture evenly over the cauliflower.
  7. 7. Season the dish with herb salt and a pinch of nutmeg.
  8. 8. Distribute small pieces of butter over the top.
