🍽️ Crispy Cauliflower Nut Crust from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil for the dish
- 350 g mashed potatoes (ready-made)
- 300 g cauliflower florets (cooked)
- 15 g walnuts
- 15 g hazelnuts (roasted)
- 25 g panko
- 5 g poppy seeds
- 20 g butter
- herb salt
- nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Brush the baking dish lightly with oil.
- 2. Place the mashed potatoes in the dish and spread them evenly.
- 3. Arrange the cauliflower florets evenly on top of the mashed potatoes.
- 4. Roughly chop the walnuts and hazelnuts with a knife.
- 5. Mix the nuts in a bowl with poppy seeds and panko (breadcrumbs).
- 6. Spread the nut mixture evenly over the cauliflower.
- 7. Season the dish with herb salt and a pinch of nutmeg.
- 8. Distribute small pieces of butter over the top.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C and bake the casserole for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
- 10. Enjoy the casserole, which is great for using up leftovers from the fridge.
