🍽️ Crispy Chicken Drumsticks from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken drumstick(s) (or chicken thighs)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp flour
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cold water and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Place the drumsticks in a bowl and season them with salt, paprika powder, and pepper.
- 3. Add some oil and rub the spices and oil thoroughly into the skin.
- 4. Add the flour to the bowl and gently shake it until every piece is evenly coated with a layer of flour.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and place the drumsticks in the baskets.
- 6. Cook the chicken drumsticks for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
- 7. Turn the drumsticks after half the time, i.e., after 15 minutes.
- 8. Continue cooking at 180 °C for another 15 minutes until the drumsticks are crispy.
