🍽️ High-Protein Pan Calzone

Ingredients
- 75 g flour
- 25 g protein powder (neutral (alternatively replace with flour))
- 55 g skyr
- 0.5 packet baking powder
- a little salt
- 4 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
- 40 g cheese, grated (light)
- 40 g cooked ham
- to taste pizza seasoning
- mushrooms
- corn
- bell pepper(s)
Instructions
- 1. Knead all dough ingredients until smooth.
- 2. Divide the dough into two equal portions.
- 3. Roll each portion with a rolling pin into an oval shape.
- 4. Spread two tablespoons of pureed tomatoes onto each dough sheet.
- 5. Leave an outer border of about one centimeter empty.
- 6. Sprinkle pizza seasoning over the tomatoes.
- 7. Top the center with cheese and cooked ham.
- 8. Add any other toppings you like.
- 9. Finish by adding another layer of cheese on top.
- 10. Lightly moisten the outer edges of the dough with a little water.
- 11. Fold one half of the dough sheet over the filling.
- 12. Press the edges firmly together.
- 13. Seal the edges by pressing the tines of a fork into the border.
- 14. Fry the calzone in a pan.
- 15. Fry both sides until golden brown and crispy.
