🍽️ Crispy Salmon Nuggets from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g salmon fillet(s) (fresh, skinless and boneless)
- 80 g oat flakes
- 0.5 garlic clove(s) (finely chopped)
- 0.5 lemon(s), juice from it
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 1 pinch(es) onion powder
- parsley, chopped (fresh)
- 1 splash soy sauce
- 1 egg(s), size M
- Cornflakes (unsweetened)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the skin and all bones from the salmon.
- 2. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
- 3. Place the salmon pieces into a food processor.
- 4. Add oat flakes, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, and onion powder.
- 5. Blend the ingredients into a smooth, moldable mixture.
- 6. Divide the mixture into 10 to 12 equal portions.
- 7. Shape the portions into nuggets, balls, or small fish shapes.
- 8. Whisk the egg in a deep plate.
- 9. Crush the cornflakes in a second deep plate.
- 10. Dip the nuggets first into the egg.
- 11. Then coat them in the cornflakes until fully covered.
- 12. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 13. Place the nuggets in the basket without them touching.
- 14. Cook the nuggets for 6 minutes.
- 15. Turn the nuggets halfway through the cooking time.
- 16. Continue cooking for another 6 minutes until crispy.
- 17. Serve the nuggets hot with lemon slices or yogurt-dill sauce.
