🍽️ Crispy Egg White Bread from the Air Fryer or Oven

Ingredients
- 380 g Skyr
- 350 g spelt flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- a little olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- 1. Put skyr, spelt flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth dough forms.
- 3. Shape the dough into a small loaf.
- 4. Lightly score the surface of the bread so it gets a nice crust.
- 5. Gently brush the surface with a little olive oil.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 7. Place the bread in the air fryer and bake it until crispy for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 8. Remove the bread when it is golden brown and smells delicious.
