  4. 4. Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, minced or grated garlic, tahini, and crispy chili oil together in a small bowl to make a dressing.
  5. 5. Adjust the spiciness of the dressing to your liking.
  6. 6. Place the cooked Brussels sprouts into a large bowl.
  7. 7. Pour the dressing over the Brussels sprouts and toss everything well.
  8. 8. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish before serving.
