🍽️ Crispy Asian Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp crispy chili oil
- 1 tbsp sesame, white
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- 1. Halve the Brussels sprouts. If using frozen ones, thaw them first.
- 2. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 3. Cook the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer for 12 minutes until crispy.
- 4. Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, minced or grated garlic, tahini, and crispy chili oil together in a small bowl to make a dressing.
- 5. Adjust the spiciness of the dressing to your liking.
- 6. Place the cooked Brussels sprouts into a large bowl.
- 7. Pour the dressing over the Brussels sprouts and toss everything well.
- 8. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish before serving.
