🍽️ Crispy Liver and Minced Meat Balls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken liver(s)
- 500 g ground pork
- 2 anchovies
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder
- croutons
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- 1. Place the liver and anchovies in a blender or use a hand blender. Puree the ingredients until you have a smooth paste.
- 2. Optional: Press the liver paste through a fine mesh sieve to make it even smoother.
- 3. Add the liver and anchovy mixture to the minced meat in a large bowl.
- 4. Add the finely chopped onion and all the spices.
- 5. Add the croutons (small toasted bread pieces). They provide texture and help bind the mixture.
- 6. Put on disposable gloves and mix everything thoroughly by hand.
- 7. Ensure that you have a homogeneous, uniform mixture.
- 8. Shape small to medium-sized balls from the mixture.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 10. Place the balls in the air fryer and cook them at 200 °C.
- 11. Check the balls periodically, as the cooking time depends on their size and every air fryer works differently.
