Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 2 tbsp Sugar, brown
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp Oil, neutral
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples and remove the core.
- 2. Cut the apples into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Place the apple pieces in a bowl.
- 4. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and oil.
- 5. Mix everything well until the apples are evenly coated.
- 6. Place the apple mixture in a heatproof dish that fits in your air fryer.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and place the dish inside.
- 8. Bake the apples for 6 minutes.
- 9. Remove the dish and gently stir the apples.
- 10. Place the dish back into the air fryer.
- 11. Bake the apples for another 6 minutes at 200 °C until tender.
- 12. Remove the dish and serve the cinnamon apples warm.
- 13. Enjoy the apples plain, with a dollop of yogurt, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
