  1. 1. Put the spices, honey, and rapeseed oil into a small bowl.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press into the bowl.
  3. 3. Stir the marinade well with a spoon until everything is evenly mixed.
  4. 4. Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cold water.
  5. 5. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
  6. 6. Brush the chicken drumsticks generously with the marinade on both sides.
  7. 7. Place the brushed drumsticks into a resealable container or bag.
  8. 8. Let the chicken drumsticks marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours (or overnight).
  9. 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  10. 10. Place the marinated chicken drumsticks into the basket of the air fryer.
  11. 11. Set the cooking time to 30 to 35 minutes (depending on the size of the drumsticks).
  12. 12. Cook the chicken drumsticks at 200 °C.
  13. 13. Turn the drumsticks once after half the cooking time.
  14. 14. Brush the chicken drumsticks with the remaining marinade after turning.
  15. 15. Remove the chicken drumsticks from the air fryer after the time is up and serve them hot.
