🍽️ Crispy Summer Rolls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 package rice paper
- 100 g glass noodles
- 3 carrot(s)
- 2 spring onion(s)
- 150 g white cabbage (or Napa cabbage)
- 1 clove garlic
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- as needed cilantro (fresh)
- 1 tbsp oil
- as needed sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan over medium heat and sear the minced meat until browned.
- 2. Add the chopped garlic to the pan and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- 3. Soak the glass noodles in a bowl of warm water until they become soft.
- 4. Chop the vegetables finely or grate them.
- 5. Add the prepared vegetables and remaining ingredients to the pan one by one.
- 6. Sauté the entire mixture briefly until everything is well combined and heated through.
- 7. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the filling mixture into a separate bowl.
- 8. Season the filling with one teaspoon of soy sauce and mix everything thoroughly.
- 9. Dip a rice paper sheet briefly into water until it is pliable and easy to shape.
- 10. Place one tablespoon of the filling on the lower half of the rice paper.
- 11. Fold the bottom edge over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll the spring roll tightly.
- 12. Place the finished rolls into the basket of the air fryer.
- 13. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the rolls for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 14. Remove the summer rolls from the fryer and serve them warm as a snack or light dinner.
