🍰 Bramble Crumble Cake from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 80 g all-purpose flour
- 40 g sugar
- 4 g vanilla sugar
- 50 g butter
- 120 g blackberries
- 70 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g sugar
- 4 g vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 55 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tsp milk
Instructions
- 1. Mix all crumble ingredients with your hands until coarse crumbs form.
- 2. If the crumbs are too fine, mix them briefly with the beaters of a mixer.
- 3. Place the crumbs in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- 4. Remove any stems from the blackberries.
- 5. Rinse the berries gently under running water if they are dirty.
- 6. Dry the blackberries thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Mix the flour with the baking powder in a bowl.
- 8. Add the remaining ingredients for the batter.
- 9. Stir everything together until you have a smooth batter.
- 10. Spread the batter evenly in your baking pan (e.g., 20 cm springform or 18x18 cm pan with a lift-out bottom).
- 11. Distribute the blackberries evenly over the batter.
- 12. Sprinkle the cold crumbs evenly over the blackberries.
- 13. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes.
- 14. Place the pan into the air fryer.
- 15. Bake the cake at 170 °C for 17 minutes.
- 16. Let the cake cool in the pan on a wire rack.
- 17. Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar if desired.
- 18. Serve the cake with fresh whipped cream.
