Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, waxy
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the potatoes completely.
- 3. Grate the peeled potatoes coarsely using a kitchen grater.
- 4. Season the grated potatoes with salt and paprika powder.
- 5. Place a sheet of baking paper into the basket of the air fryer.
- 6. Spread the potato mixture thinly and evenly over the baking paper.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the chips until crispy for 13 minutes.
