🍕 Crispy Airfryer Pizza in 30 Minutes

Ingredients
- 300 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet dry yeast (approx. 7 g)
- 170 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp herbs, Italian
- 2 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp yeast flakes
- 2 tbsp nut butter (e.g. cashew, almond or sunflower seed)
- 1 tsp spice mix (e.g. Fries Smoked BBQ Texas)
- 1 tsp mustard, medium-hot
- 50 ml water
- 300 g vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini or a topping of your choice)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with the salt.
- 2. Sprinkle the dry yeast over the flour mixture.
- 3. Pour in the lukewarm water.
- 4. Knead the ingredients well until a dough forms.
- 5. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for approx. 40 minutes.
- 6. Whisk the tomato paste with the olive oil for the sauce.
- 7. Stir in the Italian herbs and the diced or pressed garlic.
- 8. Mix the yeast flakes with the nut butter for the yeast spread.
- 9. Add the spice mix and the mustard.
- 10. Stir in enough water until a creamy mass forms.
- 11. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
- 12. Optionally marinate the vegetables with a little oil and spices.
- 13. Divide the risen dough into two equal halves.
- 14. Take one portion of dough and roll it out on baking paper without kneading it again.
- 15. Shape the pizza so that it fits into your air fryer.
- 16. Prick the dough surface several times with a fork.
- 17. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and pre-bake the dough base for 5 minutes.
- 18. Spread half of the tomato sauce over the pre-baked dough base.
- 19. Distribute the prepared vegetables evenly over the pizza.
- 20. Distribute the yeast spread (or cheese) in dollops on top with a spoon.
- 21. Bake the pizza for another 10 minutes at 200 °C in the air fryer.
- 22. Repeat steps 14 to 21 with the second portion of dough.
