🍽️ Crispy Airfryer Broccoli

Ingredients
- 200 g broccoli florets (frozen)
- 3 pinches salt (black)
- 3 pinches lemon pepper
- 5 tbsp, heaping breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the broccoli in the microwave according to the package instructions.
- 2. Mix the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
- 3. Add the still warm broccoli to the breadcrumb mixture and toss to coat.
- 4. Place the breaded broccoli into the air fryer.
- 5. Lightly spray all broccoli florets with oil.
- 6. Cook the broccoli for approx. 10 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer until crispy.
- 7. Serve the broccoli plain or with your favorite sauce.
